This side dish will be served along with rice.
Ingredient
1 chicken
30 cloves chillies (can reduce the quantity for those that cannot stand spicy)
1 inch turmeric
2-3 stalks lemongrass
coconut milk (from a coconut)
2-3 cloves of garlic & onions (to removed the stench of chicken)
1. Pounded chillies, turmeric, garlic and onion.
2. Substances are mixed with the chicken in the pan along with lemon grass.
3. Add coconut milk and stir so that the oil not come out.
4. Season with salt.
5. Wait until the dressing boils and then closed the heat.
Note: If you like potatoes, you can add the potatoes after add the coconut milk into the pan. Don't forget to reduce the heat so that the potatoes can quickly tenderize.
